We retain your data only for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription or delete your account, your safety timers will be immediately disabled.

You have the right to request the complete deletion of your personal data, emergency contacts, and location history. You can delete your account directly inside the SoloSafe app Settings menu, or by contacting our support team at support@poweredly.com.

SoloSafe is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this from our servers.
